What’s On in Autumn/Winter 2021 : Borderline Regional Arts Assoc Exhibitions

Beyond The Mask’ – Stanthorpe Regional Art Gallery : opening 29th April 2021 and continuing to June 13th. Join us for our official High Tea Opening on Saturday May 2nd.

Prints from the Border‘ will be shown in the Pamela Bell Space at SRAG in conjunction with Beyond the Mask. This exhibition carries prints from the first 2 of the 4 print making workshops that Borderline is running int eh first half of 2021.

Our 2021 SRAG exhibition ‘Beyond the Mask’ & ‘Prints from the Border’ was a grand success – 24 pieces sold! Our most successful show yet.

Prints from the Border’, with new works added, will continue to Texas Regional Gallery, opening 30th June, clsoing 31st July. This is the second leg of the traveling exhibition from the print-making workshops and will include prints from all 4 workshops.

There is a projected 3rd leg in Brisbane later this year / early 2022 – details to come.

Borderline Bi-Annual SRAG Exhibition 2023 confirmed for Feb – April (dates pending final confirmation).

Stanthorpe Art Prize 20th February – 18th April, 2021. SRAG – Stanthorpe Regional Art Gallery.

Artists Studio Gallery, Tenterfield : ‘Australiana 9″x5″ Art Prize Exhibition’. Exhibition coincides with Oracles of the Bush, showing March 26th – April 26th, 2021.

Artists Studio Gallery, Tenterfield : ‘The Mail Trail‘. Opening 26th of June. This acquisitive exhibition is with Helen Grant, editor of Australian Art Monthly, as the judge with film maker, Peter Harris, as the acquisition advisor. With a purchasing budget of $3000 with a $600 maximum for any single work there is lots of opportunity for artists to become part of the collection and travelling exhibition that Peter has planned.

Stanthorpe Potters – 50th anniversary 31st July. Bowl of soup and you take home the bowl! 10 -4pm and onwards
